Why was Chilli Chatkara Opened?
“Chaat” is one of the most popular street foods in India. Just hearing the word “Chaat”, our mouth fills up with water.Chaat is indeed mouth-watering, isn’t it? But, street food is also notorious for being unhygienic. This is one of the main reasons; many folks avoid eating street food despite having a strong desire.At Chilli Chatkara, our aim is to establish a first of its kind organized sector in the street food industry and serve the street food range from across India with an assurance of hygiene and quality while maintaining its original mouth-watering taste.At Chilli Chatkara outlets, you will be amazed by the variety in the menu in terms of Chaat, Bhel, Panipuri, and whatnot. You will find lip-smacking and authentic food from across India.
Back in January 2023 Chilli Chatkara Started its Operations With 16 Chaat variants made fresh daily. It offers healthy, preservative-free 100% PURE vegetarian Chaat

From the City Beautiful Chandigarh, we share the story of an Social Media Manager by qualification but a foodie by devotion, Mr Rajat Goyal. For as long as he could remember, he was a fan of the Indian cuisine- especially Curries & Chaats. Seeing how unhealthy Chaat and Chutneys served locally enticed him to do something about it.
